Military Medicine (Mil. Med.) is the official monthly journal of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States. Articles published in the journal are peer-reviewed scientific papers, case reports, and editorials. The journal also publishes letters to the editor and book reviews. The journal began publication in 1891 as Transactions of the ... Annual Meeting of the Association of Military Surgeons of the National Guard of the United States (OCLC 01778661). It has successively been published as the Journal of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States in 1901-1906, and Military Surgeon in 1907-1954 before adopting the present title.
